Payment for Consular Services

PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT PAYMENTS FOR VISA / RESIDENCE PERMIT APPLICATIONS TO THE EMBASSY CONSULAR SECTION'S BANK ACCOUNT.

IMPORTANT:

  • Consular payments must be settled through local Banco De Oro (BDO) branches, or via online transfer / mobile banking. Fund transfer from a non-BDO account and remittance is also allowed. Please be sure to indicate your name and purpose of payment in the transaction form.

  • Before opting to use your Danish or foreign bank account to transfer consular payment, please check first the transfer charges of your bank to ensure that the payment you will send covers the actual consular service fee. For foreign bank accounts, please expect bank transfer charges of PHP 1,000 or more to be deducted from the amount you will transfer to the embassy's consular bank account. Otherwise, and to avoid costly charges, it is best that you deposit in cash the consular service fee directly to any BDO branch.

  • Please send or deposit the consular service fee within the same month of your confirmed appointment.

  • Please advise the Consular Section via e-mail ([email protected]) once payment has been settled and/or provide the proof of payment on the day of your appointment.

  • In case you deposited a payment not intended for consular service, please send an email to the consular section for assistance.

  • Should a client requests to discontinue an ongoing consular service or request, the fee is no longer refundable.
