Join us and be part of the $14B development in Asia's next investment center!

The Trade Council of the Royal Danish Embassy in Manila is organizing site visits and roundtable discussions under three tracks for Danish companies to meet with the decision makers in the Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone (CFSEZ), simply known as Clark, where you can present your capabilities within the areas of water, energy, and sustainable urban design.

Located in Central Luzon, approximately two hours from Metro Manila, Clark is poised to become the next big metropolis with residential and commercial areas that are smart, climate-resilient and environment-friendly. The developers are searching for innovative solutions, products, technologies and expertise to achieve the goal of making Clark a truly green and sustainable city. Areas where Danish solutions and strongholds come into play.

Having a total land area of 32,000 hectares, the project is led by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and its subsidiary - Clark Development Corporation (CDC), mandated to drive the development of the New Clark City (9,450 hectares) and Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone (4,400 hectares), respectively.

By transforming former military bases and properties into premier centers of economic growth in partnership with the private sector, Clark aims to create sustainable urban communities and find viable solutions to the traffic congestion problem in Metro Manila.
