VISA SECTION

Our Visa service had been outsourced. Kindly contact the Denmark Visa Application Centre to book an appointment and hand-in your application for a Schengen visa.

Follow ups and inquiries are entertained at the Visa Application Centre Mondays - Fridays, from 07.00-16.00hrs only.

Appointment hours are from 13.00 - 16.00 only however, please note that appointments can only be lodged via the website of our Visa Application Centre (VFS). Therefore, should you wish to submit your application at the Embassy, it can only be done strictly by prior appointment.

Please note that as a general rule a fee is applicable to most services, with the exceptions of imprisonment, child abduction cases and in the instance of a serious crime committed against a Danish national. Please find the fee schedule here.
